HCLTech has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VIT Chennai to deepen academia–industry collaboration and jointly advance skill development initiatives. VIT will offer 4-year B.Tech program to TechBees currently employed with ERS vertical. Working professionals can advance their careers with a flexible industry-aligned program. This program is specially designed to help the next-gen workforce enhance their technical expertise while balancing career and education.
